Tips for submitting Profile Screenshots

 

To provide you with the most helpful feedback, we need to see your complete dating profile. Follow these simple instruction for best results.

What We Need from You

1. Screenshots of your entire profile, including:

   • All profile photos

   • Your written bio

   • Answers to all prompts or questions

   • Any other content visible to potential matches

   • Additionally, depending on the service you're requesting - answers to a short survey that we will provide at checkout

Taking Good Screenshots

For Smartphone Users (iPhone & Android)

1. Open your dating app and go to your profile page

2. Take sequential screenshots moving from top to bottom:

   • First screenshot: Your main profile photo and whatever additional content will fit in the photo without breaking any written sections or photos into parts

   • Continue taking screenshots till you have captured the entire profile, usually within 4-8 screenshots depending on the app and amount of content on your profile

3. Capture complete sections whenever possible:

   • It's fine if a screenshot contains both photos and text

   • Try not to cut off text mid-sentence or photos in the middle

Tips for Best Results

• Take overlapping screenshots where the bottom of one screenshot appears at the top of the next

• 4-8 screenshots is typically enough for most dating profiles

• For longer profiles, take as many as needed to show everything

For Specific Dating Apps

Tinder:​

• Go to "Edit Profile" then to "Preview to easily capture each photo

• Then click on your content to capture your biography content

Bumble:

• Click on "Profile in the bottom left of the app, then click on your profile photo in the top left

• From here you can screen shot as you scroll through your profile

Hinge:

• Click on your profile photo in the bottom right of the app, then you will click on your profile in the top center to bring up the screen that allows you to edit your profile

• From here you can click "View" near the top right of the screen (to the left of "Edit"). This will allow you to scroll through your profile to take screenshots easily

Other Dating Apps:
